PlayItForward volunteers is an employee-led initiative which empowers employees to work together on projects that capture their hearts; doing their utmost to help others. Their hard work and dedication is felt not only by the company and their peers, but also by the community.

No weather will stop our volunteers; come rain or shine, you'll find them helping whenever and wherever they can!

Launched in 2012, the Microgaming Ambassador Programme supports individuals of outstanding ability, knowledge and repute who represent the company locally by attending charity functions, events, and the occasional gathering at Microgaming's HQ.

In return for their association with the Microgaming brand, we provide them with support as they compete in events across the globe.

Responsible Gaming

Microgaming and PlayItForward are committed to responsible gaming, and continue to champion responsible gambling and player protection through memberships with eCOGRA, MeGA and the BGC.

Through PlayItForward, we have also supported organisations like YGAM, donating £12,680 to help expand their programme to the Isle of Man, and we continue to support organisations that support those affected by problem gambling.

Education Bursary

We believe that the Isle of Man's next generation of leaders, thinkers and creators should be given every opportunity to flourish, which is why we fund university bursaries for some of the brightest minds on the island.

Managed by the Department of Education, Sport and Culture (DESC), the Microgaming PlayItForward Education Bursary is currently helping nine students through university and has seen eight students graduate!

Ride Across Britain

Seven riders. Nine days. 980 miles. One epic challenge.

In September 2019, a team of adventurous PlayItForward volunteers took part in Ride Across Britain, an ambitious nine-day cycling challenge from Land's End to John O'Groats.

With help from the entire Microgaming community (campus, colleagues, customers and suppliers), the team of cyclists raised over £15,000 in aid of UK youth charity, The Prince's Trust.
